**Launch Supervisor**

You will be responsible for manage new programs such as: launches or transfers and engineering changes from their planning, prototype, launch and post launch stages.
**Your task will be**
- Coordination of engineering changes.
- Programming, coordination, shipping, follow-up with the Try-outs client for approval of the change.
- Leader of the LPMP-PROFILE process.
- Organize Gate Way Review meetings for the Prototype, Pilot, Launch and Post-launch stages.
- Launch Coordinator for new programs or transfers.
- Contact between platform and client for the implementation of engineering changes.
- Channels functions to the different support departments for the execution of engineering changes.
- Responsible for the pre-launch planning-prototype and pilot stages.
- Evaluator of the launches and risk that may be presented to inform senior management through from the RYG (red-yellow-green) report.
- Contact with suppliers to resolve problems that may arise during the design stage launching a program.
- Communicator of client requirements and special events during evaluation and development of the product design, as well as engineering changes, required by the client during the life of the product.
- Comply with the corresponding responsibility in each of the procedures that include the requirements of the standards that govern our quality system IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001.
- Responsibility and authority to stop production due to quality problems.
**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.
- Advanced English.
- +1 year in a similar position with experience in automotive industry.
- knowledge in launches and implementation of new products and engineering changes, Management of PLM, Profile, Lear Pro, Microsoft Office package.
- Skills: Leadership, teamwork.
