Change management makes the difference between programs achieving milestones and businesses achieving positive outcomes. In this role you will support Novartis transformation agenda by delivering expert change management support to countries where change adoption needs to occur enabling the improvements driven by our global programs around operational efficiency so we can provide life-improving/ life
- saving medicines faster to patients around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with country People & Organization heads and change management SPOCs providing latest info on global transformation programs' change management approaches. Responsible for enabling adoption of various types of changes across multiple Novartis countries. Help countries in region to define and drive country change agendas and plans.
- Work in alignment with global program change teams, ensuring successful landing of key programs in countries. Support integration of various global change initiatives into comprehensive local agendas, sharing best practices between countries and taking into account the local organizational and cultural specifics and change readiness.
- Promote understanding and use of the Novartis change methodology, including organization diagnostics, stakeholder impact assessments, change readiness, storytelling, change leadership etc. Co-own change agenda for top countries with change risks and issues documented and regularly discussed to identify and implement mitigations.; Co-create plan to address gaps in change capability including cultivation of change networks and learning interventions needed; Support SPOCs in planning how to integrate into their local plans and localize for their local audiences; Get feedback from countries, on support needed or challenges they have with implementing global.
- Support countries to conduct frequent change effectiveness monitoring programmes and work to address.

**Role Requirements**
Essential requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree; Coaching or psychology background desirable; Further education in, change management, organizational development
- 5+ years' experience driving organizational change projects; Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Major Change Influencing without authority Relationship Management Experience working cross-functionally and trans-nationally Effective communication You should have extensive experience in organizational change management program design and implementation.
- You should be able to build trust, engage, and inspire confidence among senior stakeholders to help your understanding of the change landscape in each country.
- You should be an inspirational communicator, a great listener, well organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a proven track record of promoting change adoption
- Excellent Spanish and English spoken and written
