Who are we looking for?Our client is seeking a Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department.
The Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant leads and advises on Treasury matters related to Saudi organization affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures, and public entities. As the successful candidate, you will lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
Also, you will evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, showing an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
Minimum RequirementsMBA or an equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized and approved program.Professional certification such as ACCA, CFA, CIA, CMA, CPA, or SOCPA.8 years of experience in affiliates' corporate finance matters including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.Experience in valuation and financial modeling.Knowledge of debt financing and other instruments.Understanding of intra-group lending and tax organization.Applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions.Excellent and proven negotiation skills.You will be expected to communicate with all levels of the organization including mentoring new hires and presenting on certain occasions to the organization's Management Committee.Job BenefitsMonthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skillsMonthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salaryBenefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, after 3 years of service, reward increases to 25% of base, after 6 years 30% of base, and after 12 years 35% of baseSeverance Package (2-year vest period) – year 2 to 5: 2 week's pay for each year of service, Year 6+: 4 week's pay for each year afterEmployment Tax – if employee chooses to separate themselves from their 'home country' for income tax purposes, most will not be required to pay 'home country' income taxes; company will not report income to the 'home country' governments.
