.As a Labeling Programmer Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for, or you will lead other team members in performing the following:Owning the design, development and support of all manufacturing labels in Molex Globally.Interfacing with the Supply Chain & Operations business teams, collaborating with IT Business Analyst, and the ERP (SAP) team in the development of the end-to-end lifecycle of the label.Analyzing business requirements, creating the technical design, coding the business logic and deploying the label to our Enterprise Labeling System (Loftware).Making sure to follow best practices required by Molex for security, standardization, optimal coding, and proper handling of code revisions.Leveraging designing, coding and scripting skills to optimize the Loftware Spectrum solution.Working with SAP's Supply Chain module, and the tools used to optimize the team's Operating Model, and support activities (ServiceNow, PowerBI, PowerApps…).What You Will DoProduce labels using other technologies XML, CSS or PAS.Develop artwork and graphics, for regulated medical and non-medical products.Analyze client requirements and translate it into technical architecture and design.Create Business requirements and Functional design documents from technical specifications provided by customer.Write and maintain documentation as it relates to label development.Perform unit and functional testing to ensure proper execution of the code/solution.Communicate the progress of deliverables regularly to customer and management.Build testing scripts and, perform and/or co-ordinate comprehensive SIT and UAT testing phases for new and updated labels.Use SAP transactions to test Supply Chain Labels.Follow and adhere to standards and procedures established.Monitor system performance and effectiveness of Solution after implementation and provide on-going support.Establish methodology for label development. Also, ensure label development adheres to the standards and procedures established by the IT department.Train, mentor and lead other team members in performing all above tasks.Support the growth of the Global Labeling function and help design/build systems and processes.Leverage support data & domain experience in helping the Program Manager and other Labeling Leads to continuously enhance the teams' Operating Model, help it advance its skills and streamline its operations.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.Experience designing and developing labels for a manufacturing organization, or technical experience in the manufacturing domain.Strong verbal/written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas in English clearly and concisely.Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.What Will Put You Ahead2+ years' experience creating and maintaining labels in Loftware Spectrum.2+ years' experience working with SAP logistics transactions
