Our Lead Property Managers support the team's tenant services and property management efforts. A 'can-do' attitude and willingness/aptitude to learn new skills is required. All members of the team can expect to learn all aspects of property management including leasing, lease enforcement, delinquency, maintenance, and client services. You will receive training in all areas while being ultimately responsible for getting tenants to renew their leases.**Requirements**:- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Be the kind of individual that your team can count on.- Self-motivated to continuously learn**Responsibilities**:- Create renewal offers and send notices to tenants- Send Non-renewal notices- Creation of documents needed for lease changes and/or addendums (final forms approved by others)- Submit rent increase requests to all Section8 housing authorities- Coordinate solutions for tenant escalations- Send Welcome Packet to tenants of newly onboarded properties- Assist tenants with utility disputes- Educate tenants on the process of how to pay rent, submit work orders, etc.- Verify newly onboarded tenants- Notify tenants of lease violations- Enforce early termination clauses of the lease- Notify tenants of tenant charges.
