Lead Systems Engr

You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will have technical ownership for systems at every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within Electric Power Generation and Motor product lines to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.**Key Responsibilities**:- Technical Leadership in the development and support of fielded electric machines- Requirement's analysis and decomposition- Product development, system design, and integration- System validation & verification- Customer and supplier interaction- Input to budget/schedule and project coordination- Preparing proposals and engineering estimates for development programs**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related Engineering discipline- 7+ years of product development and support of electromechanical machines- Advanced English.**WE VALUE**:- Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle- Experience in the design/ development of electric generators/ motors and controls- Experience with mechanical / electrical testing, product qualification and certification- Experience with electric power systems and their integration with customer platforms- Leading diverse and global team- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently takes the initiative to get things done- Ability to adapt, dictated by project changes- Multi-tasking and ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD185892- ** Category**:Engineering- ** Location**:Calzada del Oro 1755,Mexicali,BAJA CALIFORNIA,21399,Mexico- Exempt
