**THE POSITION**:
Due to growth, we're looking for a Leasing Director to be the name, face, leader, and manager of our Leasing Department.
This critical management position reports to the Residential PM VP
From establishing and driving goals and KPIs, to implementing revenue-generating programs, to hiring, training, and if need be terminating members of our Leasing team, to handling the highest escalations of customer service, the LD is accountable for the performance of the Leasing Team.
Some of the Goals & KPIs of this position include:
- Leasing-related revenue metrics
- Team member satisfaction scores (eNPS)
- Tenant satisfaction scores (NPS)
- Overall vacancy rate
- etc

**EXPERIENCE**:
- Min.
3 years as a Leasing Team member for a US property mgmt company.
Management roles preferred.
- Min.
1 year leading/managing a Team of at least 3 people in the service industry (preferably real estate, property management, HOA, or hospitality).
- Demonstrated upward career growth and development.
**COMPENSATION**:
$24k - $27k USD annual salary, plus bonuses
