****Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Manage and maintain Linux servers (RHEL/SLES/OEL) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.- Administer IBM AIX systems ensuring they are secure stable and up-to-date.- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance IT infrastructure.- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.- Provide technical support and guidance to other IT team members as needed.- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Pharmacy Benefit Management domain.- Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for future reference.- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.- Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure system resilience.- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**- Must have extensive experience in **Linux Admin (RHEL/SLES/OEL).
**:- Must be proficient in **shell scripting** for automation and efficiency.- Must have strong experience in **IBM AIX Admin.
**:- Must have domain experience in **Pharmacy**Benefit Management.- Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Should be familiar with security best practices and compliance requirements.- Should have experience with system upgrades and migrations.- Should be knowledgeable about disaster recovery planning and testing.- Should be able to document technical procedures and configurations effectively.- Should stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.- Should be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
