.**Description**:Responsible for control and maintenance of the SSINCE system database for the management of Imports and Exports.**Key Responsibilities**:- Control and documentation of Import and/or Export procedures to comply with the company's program regulations (Maquila/IMMEX).- Support for coordination with shipping carriers and/or customs brokers to maintain all customs paperwork for both imports and exports.- Capture in the control system of the documentation necessary for the shipment and the declaration of imports and/or exports, complete and accurate.- Supervise the proper declaration in import and/or export declarations, in coordination with the Customs Agency.- Invoicing in the inventory control system of Annex 24 of exports and/or imports for the proper unloading of temporary import pedimentos.- Monitor, via the inventory control system of Annex 24, the expiration dates of temporary imports following the program's regulations, avoiding non-compliance with them.- Show commitment, directing and supporting the people in their charge to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system- Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of its processes, as well as the actions and/or reaction plan when they are applied- Meet the company's quality and strategic objectives.- Comply with the guidelines of the quality system.- You must keep the company's own tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe to work with.- Carry out their work with quality, complying with the required standards- Participation in the company's continuous improvement projects- Follow up on corrective actions of the quality system as appropriate**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:Development of import/export procedure documentation, Customs stationery, Import/export logistics, Use and handling of JDEdwards and Since, Use and handling of MP8 for systems and maintenance, Use and handling of QDMS.**About Franklin Electric**: More than just a workplace, Franklin Electric is a vibrant and inclusive community of forward-thinkers, united by our mission to drive positive impact worldwide.
