PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In over 40 years of business, we have grown into an international company with over 2,300 trucks and 7,000 trailers. **Activities**
- Supervise staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and performance management in the customer service department.
- Provide basic and specialized analysis, interpretation, and advice to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding operations policies, programs, and practices.
- Provide feedback and guidance on research topics and develop recommendations to resolve operational, work, or safety questions and requirements. Assists in receiving customer feedback and coordinates resources and responses as needed.
- Assist in developing operations/warehouse project/program objectives, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements, receives guidance, and presents information to management; May develop and manage areas of moderate scope or impact.
Lead a team of customer service representatives.

Lunes a Viernes 7:00am a 4:30pm
