As a Maintenance Coordinator Associate, you will be responsible for handling maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, supporting inspections, and ensuring tenant satisfaction, all while upholding our core values of integrity, accountability, and communication.**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and then effectively triage work orders to the correct vendor or our in-house maintenance team.- Assign tasks to contractors or in-house staff, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.- Schedule repairs, coordinating with tenants and vendors.- Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and property turnovers.- Maintain relationships with contractors across trades (e.G., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).- Review and verify contractor invoices for completed work.- Assist in scheduling and conducting inspections (safety, move-out, etc.).- Update maintenance logs in software systems.**Skills**:- Phone contact handling skills and active listening- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree (required)- Maintenance Coordinator or Property Management Experience (2 years)- Advanced English (required)**Technology**:- Property Meld, Happy.Co CRM, VoIP Phones, Buildium, App Folio, Google Suites, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**Physical Setting**:Remote**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - Business hoursPay: $13,650.00 - $21,961.00 per month**Experience**:- property management related: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Is your English advanced or native?
