As one of our five cornerstones, this means that we go all-out to create an environment that shows we are committed to investing in employee growth and creating a culture of belonging where employees want to build a lasting career.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish, maintain, and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling business flow process through the effective administration of a CMMS.Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, departmental performance, planning, and scheduled business flow process.Schedule maintenance work into the production plan.Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks for production equipment based on OEM recommendations.Develop cost and time estimate of planned maintenance work.Review applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free maintenance work quality.Responsible for upkeep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and jobs records database.Continually improve planning, scheduling, data management, and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency.Collaborate across departments to schedule manpower, resources, and asset availability for planned maintenance work.Perform any other related job that may be assigned from time to time.Job SpecificationsHigh regard for safe work practices and procedures.High School diploma required.3 years of working experience in maintenance planning is preferred.Manufacturing and maintenance background which may include basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, controls systems, boilers, welding, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Prior CMMS administration experience required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills including MS Excel and CMMS software and report writing skills.Ability to apply knowledge of standards, methods, and procedures to work situations
