Maintenance Supervisor

**MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR**

Involved in the **Industrial Operations - Maintenance team**, our Maintenance Supervisor supervises **equipment maintenance services**, implement **preventive maintenance programs** ensuring the correct execution of **corrective maintenance** activities of the industrial equipment in charge and provides **technical support** when required, complying with quality and environmental policies.
- Responsibilities_
- Create and implement the **preventive maintenance program** ensuring its execution within the established requirements.
- Establish standard work to **maintenance technicians** where their** activities** are included for the review of the assigned equipment, pointing to the maintenance of good operating conditions and use.
- Generate **reports of equipment breakdown events** used in production, using this information to establish containment and prevention activities to minimize or eliminate their occurrence.
- Support **tool crib **by knowing, maintaining, modifying and evaluating the **inventory of spare parts** and **consumables needed** to meet the maintenance services.
- Requirements_
- ** Fluency in English** is a prerequisite
- ** Degree in **Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering**. No bachelor's degree only applies with proven experience in the position for at least 3 years.
- ** 2 + years of experience** in the role, preferably in a FMCG manufacturing plant.
- Use of **measuring equipment**, **manual and automatic tools** used for mechanical, electrical and electronic diagnosis and repair
- ** PLCs **(knowledge in control and automation)
- ** CAD Drawing** (Autocad, SolidWorks, etc.)- WEB POSTING LATIN AMERICA
