In this dual reporting role, the Maintenance Superintendent reports to the Plant Manager in all matters that impact safety and environmental quality.Lead and be accountable for the building maintenance program, facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team towards the implementation of IL6S-integrated lean six sigma ways of working, delivering quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility goals at the best value for money.You should be familiar with Svision maintenance tools and software (CMMS, ERP, etc.
