We are recruiting for our new Mexico City Office where you'll be joining a new team. Consultants based in Mexico City will support clients in North America with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realization or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.
What will you be doing?Managing complex workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams, often supported by junior resources.Managing more junior consultants on projects, ensuring Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.Driving complex analysis where data is hard to access and using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions.Advising clients and designing solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.Effectively managing and owning the relationship with senior stakeholders.Planning and preparing documentation for own workstream.Participating in the recruitment process of potential junior consultants.Who we're looking for:Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out.
