About You:
We're looking for a person to provide a framework to ensure Management Of Change that any modification to the design, control, or operation (including staffing) of specific processes is correctly evaluated and accurately led, to deliver our Category goals, in our mission to be the leader in the Tequila industry.
This MOC Specialist role will lead and manage changes in all Tequila supply category, based in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Mexico.
About the Role:
- Responsible for leading the approval process to implement changes which has a significant impact in the manufacturing supply process, through the business change platform.
- The role will be the owner to ensure that users submit the proper change control in the current process, from the Glass to the Finish Goods products.
- Mapping and handling changes in make Tequila category.
- Liquids development, Norms and regulations, and Global changes to deploy at the site level assure accurate gatekeeper approval.
- Bottling: New product formats, Materials changed, labeling, codding, cases, glass, sustainable materials, the changes need to pass through a standardized approval process.
- Blending & Maturation, new cask, maturing times, materials incorporation, assure the proper changes tracking, and gatekeeper approval.
- D&T: SAP upgrades, tools, and changes in data gathering, which involves operations changes, or systems register changes.
- AC: Changes to impact process and maintenance routines.
- Investment capital projects, evaluation, safety, environment, waste generation, or process changes, shall be detailed according to Business standards.
- Help managers centralize and lead simple and complex change requests. This allows managers to minimize risk and to help guarantee the safety processes at their facilities.
- A flexible leadership style is required, which will allow influencing at all levels both internally and externally through mentor, facilitation, and cross-functional teamwork.
- This role must ensure Changes are accurately controlled, approved, and compliance validated, to provide mentorship through the approval process. Able to lead other departments to get the job done.
- Registering and tracking of all change requests.
- Central repository to access important, up-to-date documentation.
- Provide the communication channels to communicate operational requirements.
- Structure a workflow based on the type of change.
- Promote and mentor risk assessment and impact analysis.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the competency of those involved in change implementation.
- Responsible to build actions and tasks to run the implementation process.
Experience required/Skills:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Administration, (Mechanic, Electric, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial, Communication, Risk management)
- 10 years of industry experience in multiple complex projects, construction, greenfield projects, brownfield, and quality assurance.
- Lean Six Sigma, Focus Improvement, TPM, Continuous improvement, TRACC, deep knowledge, or skills.
- Experience in the consumer products industry (beverage is desirable), glass, cosmetics, and body care.
- Knowledge of Gate approvals process, to implement a project End to End.
- Qualification knowledge, packaging material, product development, commercialization.
- Work independently and be dedicated as it relates to workload, problem solving and trouble-shooting and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in gathering business requirements, process flows, and use cases for root cause analysis.
