It's an amazing time to join the Netflix team as we continue to transform entertainment.About the Role:- This is a newly created regional Awards role with an emphasis on understanding the entertainment landscape across LATAM and how Netflix's role regionally can not only strengthen our goals within the region but also impact our global awards ambitions alongside our content growth.We are seeking someone who is a creative self-starter with experience & understanding of the LATAM entertainment industry. They will work closely with the Director of Awards & Talent Relations to manage and execute our awards and festivals strategy across the Latin American region. This will include supporting not only top regional priority titles but also global awards priority tiles. Ideally, they have experience with executing impactful publicity and/or marketing campaigns for films, series, or documentaries. They need to be passionate about the entertainment industry and willing to seek out and learn about the best-in-class talent both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. This is an incredibly diverse and dynamic region that we want to stay ahead of. They need to be curious but cool under fire - able to work with internal partners across languages, cultures, and countries, and represent the company with members of our creative community internally and externally including executives, filmmakers, talent, and talent representatives.This is a great opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to supporting an exciting slate of films, series, and documentaries that feature some of the brightest filmmakers, creatives, and actors in the industry.
