The Controller Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting, budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.General Responsibilities- Manages accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts- Maintains the integrity of the general ledger, including the review of accounting records and financial statements- Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports- Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported, and are in compliance with accounting guidelines and internal policies- Leads the developing, modifying and executing of company policies- Responsible for coordinating, administering, and controlling financial operations- Account and research for any budget variances, reporting significant discrepancies to management- Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations- Supervises the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements- Manages accounting integration activities for post-acquisition closing, which includes but is not limited to, process mapping, accounting policy harmonization and systems integration- Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and manages team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met- Develop goals and prepare performance assessments annually, in a timely mannerExperience / Qualifications- A university degree required (i.E.
