**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Manager to lead our Google Analytics and tagging initiatives, focusing on GA4 implementation and optimization for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce operations.
This role will be pivotal in driving actionable insights, ensuring best-in-class tracking practices, and aligning analytics strategies with our business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Google Analytics (GA4) Strategy & Management:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support advanced eCommerce tracking.
- Define and optimize data collection frameworks, reporting structures, and dashboards to ensure actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business objectives.
Tagging & Tracking Implementation:
- Manage and oversee all tagging efforts using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Audit and troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
eCommerce Analytics:
- Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness to drive revenue growth in the DTC eCommerce space.
- Provide insights into customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
- Partner with global marketing, IT, product, and sales teams to optimize campaigns and user experiences based on data insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between the analytics team, agencies and other departments (global marketing, IT, ecommerce.).
- Translate business needs into technical analytics requirements and deliverables.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics (GA4) and eCommerce tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tagging solutions.
- Proven expertise in the DTC eCommerce domain, including experience with customer journey mapping and funnel analysis.
- Solid knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven record of working with teams in different geographic locations
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools.

- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
