The Business Solutions Team under the PerformCX vertical is seeking a Manager to oversee business ownership and responsibilities for AAL. This role will focus on driving execution on key business metrics such as REACH, USAGE, and ROI.
The Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing strategies related to product enhancements, bug fixes, and overall product improvement, as well as developing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the tool.
