Function and ResponsabilitiesAnalyzes monthly inventory consumption; uses software tools andknowledge of expected inventory requirements, to review and approve the monthly inventory orders to both internal and external suppliers.Communicate regulary with sales and operation personnel to determine future inventory requirements based on chaning market and rchnical condition.Interacts regularly and routinely with Application Engineering team to stay current with product line enhancements and/or obsolescence, and assesses potential impact on future inventory planningReviews weekly, or as needed, Purchase Order shipment and tracking data to insure continuous and adequate availability of inventory and supplies for operations. Takes action as needed making recommendations to President, to accelerate or defer deliveries of inventory shipments.Manages and directs the purchasingteam to insure orders and deliveries are updated in ERP system and are conistent with the ongoing bussines needs.Sets priorities and tasks for team of inventory, planning and procurement specialist to ensure inventory for operations is at optimal levels for current and future operational needsInteracts regularly and routinely with corporate planning, scheduling and logistics teams to communicate US operations needs and requests with respect to production scheduling, and/or accelerated or deferred inventory shipments.Manages the performance and contracts with local logistics and customer broker supplier(s).Analyzes, works in conjunction with corporate planning and operation teams, and contributes suggestios for improvements to inventory analysis, planning software tools and procurement practices and procedures.Manages the process for sourcing/vendor evaluation an qualification decision.Prepares and manages annual budget for inventory, purchasing and departamental expenses.Other duties as requiredPersonally observes safety procesures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promotes safety process and reports any safety issuies to proper channels for actionSupport Company EEO policies and take action to provide a workplace free from harassment or discriminationEducation/ExperienceKnowledge of Electric Submersible Pump equipment and business required (5 years).Knowledge of fundamental financial management metrics required.Demonstrates and practices strong listening skillsSelf-motivated and able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.Experience handling multipe projects simultaneously and working in an enviroment that requires flexibility, rapid understanding of new cconepts/processes, teamwork, innovation, superb customer service skills, and organization.Good oral and written communication and analytical skills including ability to communicate in English and the Russian language.Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics required
