We seek an experienced and driven IT Cybersecurity Engineering Operations Manager to lead our global team of security engineers. In this role, you will coordinate the maintenance, optimization, and saturation of our security tools across network, cloud, endpoint, and data domains.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Manage a team of dedicated security engineers, providing guidance and leadership to ensure our security solutions' effective operation and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for optimization in our security technology stack and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security policies across all security domains.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners to maintain and strengthen our overall security posture.
- Be responsible for the documentation and standardization of processes to ensure engineered solutions are well-understood and repeatable.
- Ensure regular maintenance, backup, and restore testing of security tools to maintain optimal health and performance.
**Keys to Success**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field (equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered).
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing a technical team.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with security tools in multi-cloud environments.
- Strong organizational skills and proven track record to lead sophisticated projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in both ambiguous and tactical situations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud-related certifications are a plus.
- English proficiency.
