Ingredion is hiring a Marketing Communications Manager, MX who is responsible for driving all marketing communication activity in the region, inclusive of content development and planning. This position will shape the global IMC plan, providing regional specific inputs. They will then deploy this plan in region, along with any region-specific initiatives. They will be part of the global Brand and Marketing Communication Center of Excellence (COE) and work very closely with the region marketing leadership and the global Digital COE. They will manage deliverables with agency partner(s) as well as manage the marketing calendar and content planning process, including the development (and adaptation) of creative and copy writing of marketing communications activities and materials and co-ordinate approvals. They will also ensure region alignment to global COE methodologies, guidelines, processes, tools, and best practices.
As a marketing communication and content lead for MX, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborates to shape the T&HS segment annual global marcoms plan ensuring it captures regional needs
Develops region executional calendar, including product launches and category campaigns, to drive demand for new and existing solutions. Ensure alignment of event, social and campaign plans to the global annual marcoms plan
Leads specific projects for the region to deploy the global segment communication plan
Ensures regional content / assets are up to date, localized and translated
Develops and delivers high impact communications plans and go-to-market tools for regional new product launches
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including category marketing, technical and sales teams to develop necessary G2M enablement materials needed for the region
Develops regional product focused materials to bottom of funnel and last-mile engagements
Drives Marketing Communications processes and deliverables with agency partner(s), including development / approval of SOWs, writing briefs/briefing agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and budget
Co-ordinates with and manage regional agency partner(s)
Oversees the breadth of the Marketing Communications mix including PR and media activities, sales collateral, advertising, conferences, trade shows, customer events, social media, and internal communication materials for the region
Helps prioritize the budget allocation aligned with the business priorities - global and region - in conjunction with global Marketing Center of Excellences
Functions as Content Management Platform strategic lead for region; Owns/manages content creation process within tool, for their regions/countries
Compliance monitoring (brand, activation and in-region executions)
Tradeshows/events activity coordination
Adapts relevant Corporate communications plans and messaging for the regional market. Manages regulatory and legal review process for external facing materials for region to ensure we consistently release compliant materials. Ensures all communications materials are in line with company's brand guidelines.
