This work is aligned to support Ellucian's strategy of accelerating customers' journey to the Ellucian Managed Cloud service and Next Generation SaaS (NGS). A broad set of Ellucian products (new and emerging) will be used to provide solutions for customers, with the initial focus on the Ethos APIs, Ellucian Exchange, Ellucian Experience Toolkit, and Ellucian Data Platform, to meet clients, partner and internal consumer needs.This person will work in a fast-paced environment to manage a cross functional team chartered with development of solutions for key customers, showcasing the capabilities of the Ellucian products and the values they bring to customers. We are seeking a technical manager who can both manage a team and be involved with solutions design and actively building solutions for customers to showcase the existing and emerging Ellucian products and capabilities. The individual will coordinate work with their partner team in the US.In this role, you will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand customer needs and drive the solutioning for satisfying the requirements and achieving customer success. You will use a broad and diverse set of products and technologies to achieve the best solutions, and pioneer solution patterns and templates.
