Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.**Skills**:Manhattan or JDA/BY WMS- Total IT experience between 4-7 years- Hands-on Experience on WMS, SQL, SCI and LM- Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS- Ability to resolve complex problems(bugs/performance/issues) with mínimal guidance and reading trace files- Preferable to have experience working in Peak Season Support**Responsibilities**:- Provide variety of technical support to the project team; including quality assurance/design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing & programming- Should proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues.
