Team You will be reporting directly to the Manager of the team.
Currently in the company there are ~580 employees.
Requirements 3+ years of manual testing experience, with 1-2 years in payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including tax compliance, salary calculations, and employee benefits.
Experience with payroll software, financial applications, or HRIS systems.
Ability to write and execute detailed test cases and test plans.
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Experience in conducting functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Familiarity with automated testing tools like TestComplete (preferred).
Knowledge of payroll regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, tax laws).
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
ISTQB or equivalent certification (preferred).
Timezone Our client accommodates all US time zones, so you can have the flexibility to work within this range.
