What do you get to do in this position? The Market Research Analyst will be in charge of market research. Key responsibilities are as follows:
Identify sites in the target states and utilities to launch lead generation actions.Research prospects to prequalify with a good match to GreenStruxure's Energy as a Service offering, which the origination salesforce would pursue.Synthesize customer research insights and customer stakeholder map to augment customer intelligence data in the CRM.Develop, maintain, and update the value creation map in ArcGIS, continuing to enrich it with sites and prospects information.Monitor customer strategy and market moves and regularly update customer intelligence data in the repository to keep it relevant and current.Report to the Product Management VP in charge of launching and managing the Energy as a Service offers in a fast-changing market environment.Qualifications This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:
1 year of relevant experience in prospect research in marketing & sales functions.Advanced English LevelBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field, Clean energy preferredExperience with ArcGISExperience in NetSuite (or similar) analytics and reportingExperience in market/prospect research and synthesizing informationKnowledge of clean energy & sustainability reportingExcellent computer skills with experience in the MS suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointPassion for sustainabilityCurious and fast learnerCollaborative and team playerDetail oriented; Strong passion for data quality & continuous improvementEffective communication in both written and oral English, adapting to audience at any levelComfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-moving startup.Relationships Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.Shares proactively his/her experience and knowledge to ensure people around him/her have the proper context of the actions they need to contribute.Comfortable engaging with executive and sales audiences.Schneider Electric offers a robust benefits package to support our employees such as flexible work arrangements, paid family leave, a culture of wellness, and more great benefits above and beyond a typical employer.
