You will be joining a rapidly growing and highly motivated team of virtual assistants in the Philippines and US.This position will start as part-time and transition into a full-time role.
Initially, the work schedule will be 5 hours a day**Responsibilities**:- Manage the Investor Portal, ensuring the efficient onboarding, support, and resolution of investor queries- Launch new offerings on the Investor Portal and ensure a seamless rollout- Accurately upload and organize investment documents on the portal- Track leads, update the CRM system, and maintain data accuracy and accessibility- Manage invoicing processes and follow up on payments- Assist in managing social media accounts by responding to messages and comments promptly- Support marketing campaigns by assisting in content creation, including writing and editing copy- Help coordinate marketing events and promotions, ensuring their smooth implementation**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, investor relations, social media management, and marketing- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with investors, colleagues, and customers- Ability to adapt and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documents- Proficiency in CRM management, lead generation tools, and social media platforms- Knowledge of copywriting principles to assist in content creation- Familiarity with marketing campaign execution and performance analysis- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and collaboratively**How to apply**- Ranch Investor."What other virtual assistants have said about working for Colter DeVries and Ranch Investor:"One of the things I appreciate most about Colter is his ability to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
