This role focuses on developing and implementing customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value within the home warranty industry. The ideal candidate will work remotely from Mexico, bringing a deep understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies to improve the overall customer experience.WHAT YOU DODevelop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to align retention efforts with overall business goals.Implement and manage retention campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct mail.Monitor and report on retention metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage the budget for retention campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve retention goals.WHAT TO EXPECT:Quick recruitment process through video calls.Pay: $300 - $330 MXN pesos an hourTraining: paid initial training, as well as on-going training to help you develop in your role and career.Career path: this is only the beginning!
