Overview:
This role requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign management. As the Marketing Operational Specialist, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations, ensuring our tools, particularly HubSpot, run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our marketing efforts, drive audience engagement, and deliver actionable insights through robust reporting and data management. Your contributions will directly support the success of our marketing campaigns and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Tool Management:Manage and maintain HubSpot, ensuring workflows, integrations, and automations are optimized and functioning correctly.Implement new marketing tools and integrations as needed.Monitor and resolve any technical issues or errors within the marketing tech stack.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to support strategic decisions.Extract, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).Create insightful reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and identify trends.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven recommendations for improving marketing strategies. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing and/or campaign operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology industryStrong proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, including Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A self-starter - you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently
