Collaborates with functional organizations and supports campaigns, programs, and promotions. Leads reporting efforts and communicates results throughout the organization. Manages various vendor relationships, supports events, manages literature fulfillment, and supports the development of account management tools.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Programs Support (50%)- Back-office support for loyalty and demand generation programs with our Key Distributors, in terms of: enablement, execution, payment & proof recovery and results data gathering- Follow up on Marketing activities within Tier 1 distributors annual marketing plans while managing MDF payment process according to our policies.- Manage and coordinate the Panduit Experience Center End Users visit program in Mexico CityMarketing Operations & Production (40%)- Support the production and updates of the Marketing Communication tools like Internal Newsletter and Global Tactical Calendar in collaboration with other marketing members on a monthly basis.- Provides back-office support for campaigns, programs and promotional efforts.- Procure, manages and fulfill marketing assets production locally (printings, banners, displays etc)Others (10%)- Provide local support to execute marketing activities or events when needed.- Any other demand generation marketing activity as needed.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience- Years of Experience: 2-4 years- English: intermediateWork ShiftDay (Mexico)
