You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and traditional corporate marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.To be successful as a marketing specialist, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.The Quest:Lead in collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Product Development, Business Intelligence, Creative, Finance, Legal and Executive Management) on high-level initiatives and global projects.Support the marketing and sales team with corporate marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, PR, direct marketing, event planning or sponsorships, content creation, etc.Develop game marketing strategy that will help you attract and retain players in a competitive market.Implement targeted marketing campaigns that will drive player engagement and bring commercial results.Build hype for your game launch to increase user acquisition.Identify the right influencers to bring onboard for video game marketing.Track all marketing activity and provide capable analysis and guidance that result in identifying areas for improvement.The Skills:At least 3+ years of marketing experience in a gaming/agency/corporate environment.High level of fluency in written and spoken English.Experience in brand management, product marketing or marketing operations. B2B is a plus.Experience with various SoMe platforms, content creation and management, community management.Skilled in analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and product teams.Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication.Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.Meticulous level of detail and proficiency in using content management systems.Knowledge and/or experience in interactive entertainment industries
