This position is for full-time employment during Eastern time from 9 AM to 5 PM.The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:Must have at least a year of relevant work experience as a Marketing Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.Must have prior experience working in the Health sector or in a Non-Government Organization.Must be highly creative and can think outside of the box.Must have high attention to detail.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Managing social media and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Creating and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.Supervision of account management, including content creation, post scheduling, and ensuring a cohesive brand image.Vigilant tracking of trends and timely engagement with followers.In-depth analysis of metrics to optimize marketing strategies.Collaboration with the marketing team to coordinate and contribute to paid campaigns.A commitment to staying informed about industry trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies accordingly.Successful candidates for this role are expected to possess the following attributes:Must have excellent English communication skills.Has the ability to complete projects in a timely manner.Great logical and verbal reasoning skills.Exceptionally detail-oriented.Exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills.Ability to think outside the box.A great work ethic and interest in learning new concepts and growing with the job.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
