With more than 89,000 employees, SGS operates a network of over 2,400 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionThis role will be a key player during the implementation and integration phases of the different waves of migrations to the Mexico Finance Shared Service Center.Responsible for quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system.The MDM Analyst will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.Qualifications- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.- Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.- Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.- Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.- Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.- Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.Additional Information- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance- 1+ year of professional experience in Master Data Management- Oracle ERP Knowledge (Oracle EBS) - Mandatory- English intermediate - REQUIRED- Familiarity with MS Excel
