In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Create, plan, and execute a capacity constrained master production schedule based on actual and forecasted customer and inter-company demand.Balance long-term supply/demand conflicts with the executive sales, and operations planning (SOP) leader by developing countermeasures to resolve them.Establish a financial supply plan that is achievable for the plant to execute and aligns with corporate financial goals.Manage customer service expedites and abnormal demands to evaluate feasibility of successfully achieving customer expectations.Track master production schedule adherence and identify root causes for deviations.Engage with new product development projects working with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment and clearly communicated schedules.Drive the proper operation of the plant ERP System; expected to be the SME for all end users in the facility and assist in establishing production planning procedures.Oversee material master data and customer service inquiries.Who You Are:You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approaches. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You design processes and procedures that allow managing from a distance.For This Role, You Will Need:7+ years in manufacturing systems performing master planning, production planning, and inventory management.Experience in ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and planning systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.Proficiency using data analysis tools to successfully manage complex schedules and overcome unforeseen challenges.Strong data analysis, problem solving, and reporting skills, utilizing Excel, Outlook, databases, and queries.Experience managing direct reports with different job responsibilities and experience levels.Experience building a financial supply plan for manufacturing facility and interacting with key finance stakeholders.Fluent in English and Spanish.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:2+ years of experience with Oracle ERP.10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a hybrid (made to stock/made to order) manufacturing environment, where complex machining manufacturing is performed.Experience in lean manufacturing.Our Offer To You:Benefits above the law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
