Support all warehouse operation's related activities and initiatives, including but no limited to data collection, data analysis, continuous improvement, processes efficiency, processes standardization, projects development, among others. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze data to support warehouse operation's efficiency through the different processes such as receiving, put away & picking. - SIOP/forecast analysis and translation to warehouse's space requirement, shifts, resources, or any other key variable that should be considered for readiness, budgeting, workload balancing & team development. - Kan ban signals responsible for defining, implement and manage all related activities to support efficient material supply, avoiding down time due to material availability and keep WIP's healthy inventory level. - ASRS Implementation support, material presentation, data collection, analysis, and validation. - Lead and support CI initiatives, project development and team engagement. - SOP/DOP/WI and all process related documentation management, gap analysis, updates, corporate policies alignment & standardization. - Design and execute an innovative reporting system for all key area processes. - Identify, define, develop, and implement all training required in the area, aligned to JD's and training matrix. - Design and implement various reports and prepare dashboards. - Analyze, recommend, coordinate, and execute improvements to processes. - Promote best practices in regards materials management's related activities. - Anticipates any material supply disruption by data analysis and physical validation. - Support inventory accuracy level improvement.
Experiência y requisitos
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Computer Engineer, or any other related field. - Minimum of 1 or 3 years of experience. - Proven experience in manufacturing environment, specifically in materials area. - Excellent people, interpersonal and communication skills. - MRP, BOM, supply demand experience. - Computer, MS Office experience. - Lean Sigma experience - Result oriented, self-motivate, analytical, data driven, team player.
