Provide accurate and timely information on the status of the suppliers' delivery to achieve reliability, following the systems of each of them by virtual means to schedule production in a timely manner without affecting efficiency.Provide the necessary tools to all areas involved, according to the needs detected, in order to meet the needs of internal customers.Meet the goal of zero delays and plan to avoid affecting internal customers.Negotiate with suppliers and respond with recovery plans.
