Job Description:Main responsibilities of the position:- Join the leadership team developing the new painting process/system for the company- Build and manage a team working on paint automation technologies needed for launching & producing multiple components- Define and execute strategic milestones for implementing and scaling paint process- Execute product and process validation path to achieve GES- Work with design teams across multiple disciplines to influence product design with an eye towards advanced manufacturing- Work with external and internal equipment suppliers to deliver paint components- Define production support requirements and help build local operations teams for continued program success.- Industrial engineering experience working in high-volume assembly processes- Ability to lead a team to accomplish company goals in a fast pace, demanding, dynamic environment- Knowledgeable in high and low volume manufacturingMain job-specific requirements / skills:More than 5+ years of experience in the next knowledges:- Paint Process- Liquid Paint- Process Start Up- Manufacturing Engineer- Pretreatment and E-Coat Process- PLMIf you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
