Now, a new technology revolution is well underway that impacts the very fabric of what we do and how we do it.Top Accountabilities:You will lead all aspects of the Media and digital agenda for some of our brands, connecting real omnichannel experiences to drive engaging consumer experiences.Handle the brands' media budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment, and maintaining a sophisticated and organized approach to handling and controlling our investments.Lead digital data analysis, measurement, and evaluation in the market, optimizing and providing insights into brand and business strategy.Apply data to evaluate media performance and develop insights into maximizing interconnected channels.Identify new opportunities to improve our digital programs' efficiency through test-and-learn programs.Educate and upskill the marketing community, ensuring compliance and alignment with our standards while training them to be future-proof.Handle all Mexican digital assets (websites, apps, social pages, and e-commerce), focusing on performance efficiency and boosting conversion from our digital platforms.Work closely with the Global digital team to implement a sophisticated and smart marketing ecosystem locally and collaborate with Digital Technologists to bring speed and agility to our marketing through digital tools.In conjunction with brand managers and media agencies, optimize media plans to amplify communications impact and implement digital programs under the brand managers' strategic framework.Oversee the Media & digital agency relationships for Mexico while supporting procurement and the local marketing team in finding the best partners for the brands' needs.Identify emerging technology trends and build and maintain relationships with media organizations across various channels, focusing on experimenting with new channels and partners to drive business results through digital.Qualifications:Whether you are currently in a client-side, agency, tech, or media role, we are looking for a passionate individual with sustained, confirmed experience in comprehensive media strategy, data, measurement, and conversion, as well as understanding brand and business strategy and translating it into actionable communications actions that drive business results. You should have at least three years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Media and/or Digital and preferably 1-2 years in Brand/Product Management roles, as well as clear and confirmed standard methodologies in media developed at big CPG or similar industries
