PHINIA promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive environment, honors integrity, strives for excellence, commits to responsibility for our communities and the environment, and builds on the power of collaboration.Key Responsibilities100% compliance with the calibration program for measuring equipment installed in the plant (use of required software).100% compliance with the analysis program for measurement systems (MSA) in due time and form (use of required software).100% compliance with operating instructions for in-plant measurement equipment.Ensure that calibration method instructions are up to date.Ensure timely and accurate evaluation systems for validation of masters and anti-error devices.Support on in-process and product plant issues (dimensional analysis, force, metallography).Teamwork with zero defect approach with the customer.Ensure that we have the required documentation for external calibrations (external certified laboratories, calibration reports, traceability, etc).Participate in activities requiring equipment investment (CAPEX, OPEX, new projects and programs), contact with customers or external suppliers.Plan, coordinate and execute activities of the Metrology and Calibration Laboratory (personnel in charge), resource coverage, purchases of laboratory supplies.Support to new test implementation activities, development of coordinate machine programs and personnel training.Technical support to all areas (Quality, Production, Engineering and Maintenance) through consulting and technical inductions of the product and/or equipment handling.Provide action guidelines for decision making in case of process and/or product problems.Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.What We're Looking ForGrade: EngineeringTime of experience in similar position: 3 years or more in similar position
