Something bold.- Are you looking for a place where you will have a role in shaping an industry?- A Mexico Business Consultant is responsible for promoting Mexico cross-border services internally and externally. Internally the Manager of Mexico Business Development will support the Mexico Department team as they work with Customer Sales departments to identify and qualify Mexico opportunities.- Mexico Business Consultants will be able to communicate and negotiate directly with the customers about Mexico opportunities with the guidance of the sales rep.- Mexico BD Managers are expected to have advanced knowledge of both all markets and the ability to articulate how freight flows in both countries, as well as across the border. Their primary role is to promote and grow the regional business within Coyote.- DAILY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):- Build relationships internally with the US Customer Sales force to identify Mexico opportunities- Promote and grow Coyote Mexico- Identify Mexico leads for customers- Qualify Mexico opportunities ranging from RFPs to small projects- Execute the sales cycle moving accounts from lead contact to quote lead requirement- Work together with US seller and MBC to develop account strategies for new and incumbent accounts- Manage Mexico sales collateral and marketing materials- Serve as a consultant to customers regarding Coyote's Mexico offerings, market trends, industry standards and cross border processes- Establish monthly internal reports for accounts to share with US sellers- Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, and struggle points of all accounts.- Identify potential problems and come up with appropriate solutions; escalate as needed.- Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts
