JOB SUMMARY Lead Chem Ops and Utilities Manufacturing Area through process optimization, leading process improvement project to achieve site goals.
How You Can Be the Impact Lead and manage Chem Ops and Utilities operations.
Strong focus on safety aspects related Chem Ops, Utilities and contractors personnel, same as assets.
Support product quality, KPI´s related customer satisfaction in Chem Ops operations.
Participation in Quality, Environmental and additional business audits.
Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve production goals.
Participation and full engagement with T&I same as EOD´s contributions.
Measure and enhance operation and production performance.
Lead and develop SD teams from Chem Ops and Utilities operations.
Manage strategies to comply with EHS, Cost, Quality and Production.
