**Work Schedule**Standard (Mon-Fri)**Environmental Conditions**Office**Essential Functions and Other Job Information**:Leads the day-to-day management of multiple clinical administration teammembers providing direct coaching and development support to assigned staff.Oversees resourcing, alignment, training, and on-going professionaldevelopment for assigned division or office. Ensures all Clinical Administrationinitiatives are implemented to ensure efficiency in proposed processes,consistency in execution and quality output Analyzes performance metrics and provide feedback to team as appropriate toenhance individual and team performance Develops and implements Working Practice Documents (WPDs) and StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs), as necessary. Develops and implements trainingprocesses for clinical administration and clinical staff. Implements projectspecific training activities for research staff, including mentoring of new teammembers including other Clinical Managers Performs any other duties and projects as assigned by PPD management**Qualifications**:**Education and Experience**:Bachelor's Degree in a life science related field or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocationalqualification.Significant clinical research experience (comparable to 5+ years) including remote and clinical monitoringand experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.1+ year of leadership responsibility**Management Role**:Manages experienced professionals and / or subordinate management who exercise latitude andindependence in their assignments. Often heads one or more sections or a small department.
