These may be forecasts, sales analyses, expenditure reports, scenario models, statistical analyses, organizational metrics and benchmark reports- Examine data analyses to detect trends and anomalies or to evaluate business activities such as product sales- Suggest remedial actions or escalate detections which give cause for concern- Share information with stakeholders in suitable forms, these may be charts, tables or templates- Maintain data and information sources- Manage the provision of developmental activity for team members and oversee their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders- Ensure that the team adhere to prevailing data standards, policies and regulations**Main activities**:- Responsible of the execution and delivery of databases for BAU activities and information for local and IFRS9 provisions.- Responsible of the DQ documentation processes, data processes and metadata of the analytical data model.- Responsible of the operational - accounting generation for reconciliations to guarantee that the data is complete and reliable.- Build purpose-built databases for WPB Risk users.- Responsible of the data requirements for internal and regulatory audits.- Ensure that origination and performance databases are completely generated and published in SAS libraries.- Responsible of the execution of the generation of data loads from different systems to SAS.- Responsible of the quality standards in the generation of data processes.- Responsible to comply with policies regarding the treatment of data within the RBWM Direction.- Establish a work guideline and priorities in Risk Data Services activities- Approve SAS resources access- Approve file server accesses to the user within RBWM direction- Approves the operational - accounting reconciliations for tables of critical processes with accounting information- Ensures that audit and regulatory data requirements are carried out in an organized manner and are properly addressedRequirements**Knowledge & Experience**- Bachelor degree in Industrial engineering, IT engineering, or similar- Deep understand of HSBC Credit and Not Credit Portfolio data base- Attention to detail- 6+ years of experience in Credit Risk and Data- Solving complex problems- Knowledge in HSBC internal systems (Hogan, Kroner, OH, LEAP).- Knowledge in SAS and Excel. Desirable knowledge in Python, R and Unix
