About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid Business Process Consultant to join us. This position will require the resource to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.
Duties and Responsibilities :

Support process modelling and analysis of the related processes.
Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.
Conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
Assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
Produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
Support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.
Learn Cemex's BPM platform and be prepared to provide training to users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
3+ years in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement.
Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably).
Project Management experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.
Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
Experience in BIC Process design.
Knowledge of social impact processes.
BPMN 2.0 Standard Knowledge.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Effective communication, influencing, facilitation, and good presentation skills.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.
Customer service-oriented and solution-oriented, with an innovative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
