The role You will work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to conceptualise, build, and test strategic designs that enhance user engagement and drive our business growth. From conducting research and analysis to creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, you'll design experiences that convert, balancing simplicity and detail at every stage. You'll approach your work with a holistic perspective, designing solutions across Factorial's marketing surfaces to deliver consistent and brand-aligned experiences that elevate our growth objectives. Some example projects could be: optimising user acquisition funnels, improving the performance and usability of public pages, and conducting A/B tests to enhance landing page conversions.Requirements You are a good fit if... You have a passion for crafting conversion-focused digital experiences and know how to test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data and user insights.
