**Job Number** 23082723**Job Category** Human Resources**Location** The Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta, Paseo de la Marina Sur #205, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico**Schedule** Full-Time**Located Remotely?** N**Relocation?** N**Position Type** Non-Management***- Implementar y dar seguimiento a las certificaciones de sostenibilidad de los hoteles- Participar en las certificaciones ambientales de los hoteles.- Organizar las actividades de voluntariado, registros e impacto generado en el programa- Participar en los comités de responsabilidad social y sostenibilidad de las comunidades anfitrionas- Organizar actividades enfocadas en género, LGBTIQ, personas con discapacidad, territorios indígenas, y minorías en general.- Realizar políticas y procedimientos requeridos para el buen funcionamiento de la operación- Identificar y relacionarse con las partes interesadas de los hoteles- Coordinar y apoyar actividades culturales, de patrimonio, cambio climático, sociales, deportivas, ambientales, etc.- Crear campañas de concientización y reducción de agua, energía, residuos, gas, diésel y demás insumos que se utilicen en los hoteles- Generar reportes mensuales con los principales resultados- Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
