Overview: Provide, based on the company's policies, procedures and values, support for Human Resources management processes to ensure employee integration and satisfaction.
Responsibilities Recruitment and induction: Prepare and/or update the files of active and inactive personnel in physical or electronic, as applicable, in accordance with the personnel file policy.Carry out the process of personnel access to the corresponding site so that they can enter in a timely manner.Make the presentation of the company's onboarding, as well as the general features of the site during the process of hiring and induction of new personnel, in accordance with the company's policy.Coordinate the onboarding process of new personnel with the corresponding areas in accordance with the policy (quality, safety and operations).Maintain an inventory of the lockers assigned to the site personnel and make the locker assignment to new personnel.Register the biometrics of new staff so that they can enter in a timely manner.Present and assign new staff to their direct supervisor.Send Infonavit credits (Notice of Retention/Suspension) and/or Fonacot of new personnel to the payroll area for the application of discounts in a timely manner.Labour relations: Receive voluntary resignations from staff who leave the company.Deliver the voluntary resignation documents to the personnel who leave the company (exit interview, calculation of severance pay and check).Send the corresponding severance documentation to the payroll area (check policy, severance payments).Send documentation of agreements to manager to labor relations.Deliver the RIT, Code of Conduct, and Employee Handbook.Accompany the union advisor on the tours he or she makes in the yard at the sites requested by the client, and report to the Labor Relations management any finding resulting from these tours for timely and proper attention.Personnel Management: Deliver the food voucher cards to new staff, as well as to staff who require it due to loss or misplacement.Make extraordinary requests for personnel transportation previously authorized by the Human Resources supervisor.Make requests for extraordinary meals previously authorized by the Human Resources supervisor.Safeguard and make an inventory of the uniforms available on the site in charge on a monthly basis and report it to the HR Manager responsible for the management of uniforms via mail.Support the HR Supervisor in the delivery of uniforms to site staff in accordance with company policy.Carry out the update of the communication boards and screens at the site in charge, in accordance with the guidelines defined by the OD Manager and the HR Manager.Support employees to redeem the points awarded to them for the Seniority Awards.Carry out periodic tours in the yard, in accordance with the role established by the HR supervisor, to attend to needs/doubts of the site staff, such as (uniforms, transportation, dining room, payroll, etc.) and manage the solution of the aforementioned issues.Support the HR supervisor in the execution of motivational events (Father's Day, Ocean Day, New Year's Eve Party, Birthday of the Month etc.).Deliver the certificate and credentials of Major Medical Expenses Insurance to the administrative staff annually in the month of January.Update the following documents for the renewal of staff accesses in accordance with the schedules established by the client. (medical exams, renewal of security courses, biometrics and/or credentials, criminal record letters, registration with IMSS, Access to tools such as computer and company telephone.)Ensure that all the staff of the site under their charge annually renew their life insurance policy forms, and integrate said policy into the personnel file of each collaborator, to ensure that all are enrolled in this benefit.Payroll: Carry out the procedure for collaborators of registrations, cancellations and modifications of savings account, savings fund loans.Report extraordinary payroll incidents to the Kronos system, as well as to collect and include the corresponding supports and send it to the Human Resources supervisor for review.Provide attention to the staff to clarify doubts about their salary receipt.Reception of parcels and their management (checks, voucher cards, etc.).Support the team of Operations Supervisors for the validation and capture of incidents of their personnel in charge at Kronos.Monitor and maintain a disability and digital file of the site personnel in charge, as well as any other procedure before IMSS (e.g., disability pension, occupational hazards, etc.).Qualifications Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree and/or Engineering in administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology or similar.
Knowledge: Basic Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Labor Relations, Personnel Administration, Office Package Management, Attention to Suppliers and Internal Customers.
Experience: 2 years in the area of Human Resources.
Required language: Basic/Intermediate English.
