The client operates between health plans and gyms to process reimbursements for members whose health plans subsidize their gym memberships.Project DescriptionThe team is responsible for developing comprehensive platforms designed for web and mobile applications, specifically tailored to support coaches and gym members. These platforms are powered by robust APIs that provide all the essential data required for seamless app functionality. The project involves extensive integration with a variety of external services, including club management and booking systems, a smart coaching AI-powered platform, and Apple Fitness+, among others. Over the past few years, the platform has undergone a complete rewrite to enhance its capabilities and performance. The team operates within an Agile framework, adhering to the Scrum methodology, and includes a dedicated Scrum Master to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
