This position will be based in Mexico City, but the role has global responsibility - supporting the global Climate & Sustainability platform and associated interest groups within the Oliver Wyman consulting and support professional community.This role reports directly to the Knowledge Expert for Climate & Sustainability (based in NY) and a high level of direct interaction is expected with the other Knowledge Management professionals covering Climate & Sustainability (the "Climate & Sustainability KM team"), as well as the consultants, partners and other support staff, focused on the platform.The purpose of this role is to help support, develop and facilitate knowledge sharing across the business. The aim of the KM Analyst is to assist the Climate & Sustainability KM team in managing practice developed content and help develop/ promote tools and processes which increase information flow and best practice content sharing within Oliver Wyman.**Key Responsibilities**:Climate & Sustainability is a growing platform at Oliver Wyman. It's expected that support needs will continue to evolve and grow and that will require flexibility in attitude and approach.Primary responsibilities include:**Knowledge Management **- Answering content requests, project tracking, content capture and dissemination, knowledge systems maintenance and development, promoting and training consultants in proper use of knowledge tools and appropriate knowledge sharing, expert/expertise tracking**Advisory** - The Knowledge Analyst is an enabler within the business supporting internal clients in the use and distribution of internally generated content and practice specific tools
